Joe played football at Baylor University – majoring in Marketing and Finance. He is a current member of the Midland/Odessa Business and Estate Council, member and past president of the West Texas Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, past president Odessa Toastmasters Club, and is active in the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang. Joe and his wife Vicki live in Odessa Texas, have three grown children and a wacky pug- Tipsy!
